In celebration of Beyond Bedtime鈥檚 25th anniversary and National Sleep Awareness month in March, families nationwide are invited to commit to 25 nights of comforting bedtime routines as part of a shared movement for children鈥檚 well-being.
Led by our very own Challenge Buddy and Chief Program Officer, Jahna, the 25 Night Challenge is a gentle, supportive journey to help families/caregivers of young children to:
- Create comforting bedtime routines
- Enjoy meaningful bonding moments
- Set children up for success (at home, at school, and beyond)
