Shantel Grant, Atlanta Chapter President, is a seasoned marketing and business professional whose expertise in strategy, communication, project management, and relationship building has positioned her as an effective leader and advocate for children and families. As a Marketing Manager at ADP, she brings a thoughtful and collaborative approach to developing initiatives, engaging stakeholders, and building meaningful connections that drive impact. Her professional experience, combined with a bachelor’s degree and active involvement in the Project Management Association, has strengthened her ability to organize, lead, and evaluate complex programs with clarity and confidence. Beyond her career, Shantel has dedicated her time to volunteer efforts focused on supporting families, expanding access to resources, and creating nurturing environments where children can thrive. Based in Lilburn, Georgia, she is deeply committed to serving her community and empowering families through education, connection, and support. As Chapter President, Shantel is passionate about advancing Beyond Bedtime’s mission by expanding community partnerships, increasing family engagement, and promoting the importance of bedtime reading and healthy routines. Her combination of strategic leadership, organizational strength, and genuine compassion makes her a powerful champion for children and a driving force for lasting impact across the Atlanta region.
