Melissa joined Beyond Bedtime in 2024 and now serves as Chief Operating Officer, driving the operations, strategy, and infrastructure behind the organization’s growth and impact. She leads cross-functional teams and oversees nationwide logistics and distribution, ensuring seamless, high-quality execution across all locations and systems.
Throughout her career, Melissa has been deeply committed to the nonprofit sector, with a focus on building strong operations that enable meaningful impact. She began in program management at The National Ramah Commission and later spent six years at UJA-Federation of New York, where she supported operational grantmaking and fundraising efforts.
Melissa holds an MBA from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College and dual bachelor’s degrees in Mathematical Sciences and Business Management from Binghamton University. A lifelong learner, she also completed a certificate in SQL and Tableau through Cornell.
In her free time, Melissa can usually be found spending time with her family, trying new recipes in the kitchen, or curled up with a good book.
