Instructor in Medicine, Harvard Medical School | Associate Scientist, Brigham & Women’s Hospital

Dr. Rebecca Robbins is Assistant Professor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School and an Associate Scientist at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Her research is focused on uncovering the connection between the quantity and quality of sleep and various dimensions of waking success, from cognitive to physical and emotional health and well being. Dr. Robbins has published more than 100 peer-reviewed articles and 20 encyclopedia chapters.

Dr. Robbins is Co Author of Sleep for Success!

Dr. Robbins makes frequent television appearances, including the Today Show, Live! with Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest, and Good Morning America.

Dr. Robbins has held teaching positions at Harvard College, the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health and the Weill Cornell Medical College in Doha, Qatar.
